We know and lived through both worlds: the corporate world with its order, hierarchy and structured management model built on linear predictability and consistency of operations; and the disruptive startup space with its bottom-up agility, chaos-driven ideation and creative problem-solving.

We draw especially from our collective experience in accelerating early stage tech startups from 2016 to 2020, and then advising and coaching ones from 2021 onwards. We have assessed literally hundreds of startup projects, coaching and advising well over 50 of the best to pre-seed funding readiness in preparation for opportunities to be funded either by public innovation agencies or by private investors. Our top one, Weavr, eventually made it to raise over €45 million in London.
